Theft, Damage, Liability Policy
At FunFLAB, we take great care to deliver our inflatables in excellent, safe condition. To protect both parties and ensure a great rental experience, please carefully review our policy below:
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers potential damage, loss, or theft of the inflatable rental. The deposit will be refunded within 1 to 3 business days after the item is returned and thoroughly inspected for any damage.

Damage and Theft
Renters are responsible for the rented equipment while it is in their possession. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, loss, or theft will be charged against the security deposit.

If the cost of repair or replacement exceeds the $300 deposit, the renter will be invoiced for the difference.

Liability and Supervision

FUNFLABLES is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages to persons or property during the rental period.

Parent or guardian supervision is mandatory at all times when children are using the inflatable.

Renters must ensure the equipment is used safely and according to provided guidelines.
Rental Price and Deposit

The rental price is non-refundable.
