At FunFlab, we make it simple and convenient to receive your rental equipment. Please review our delivery and pickup terms below.


Local Delivery

  • Free Delivery (within 4 km): We provide 100% free delivery for all rentals within a 4 km radius of our location.

  • Delivery Beyond 4 km: Deliveries outside of this radius are subject to an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout or confirmed during booking.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries are typically made on the day of your event at a scheduled time agreed upon with you in advance.


Pickup

  • Free Pickup: Customers may choose to pick up their rental items directly from our location at no additional cost.

  • A valid ID may be required at the time of pickup.

  • Customers are responsible for transporting items safely if choosing the pickup option.


Equipment Return

  • All rental equipment must be returned at the scheduled time agreed upon in your booking confirmation.

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. For water-based inflatables or products, items must be completely drained and packed in the original packaging.

  • Late returns may be subject to additional fees.


Important Notes

  • Delivery and pickup services are available only for rental products (we do not currently ship products by mail).

  • FunFlab staff reserves the right to refuse delivery or pickup if conditions are unsafe (e.g., poor weather, unsafe location).

  • Please ensure that your delivery/pickup location is accessible and suitable for the rental equipment.
