At FunFlab, we work hard to ensure your event is safe, fun, and memorable. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before booking.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • Weather-Related Cancellations:
    If a storm or severe weather occurs on the day of your scheduled event, you may cancel your order up to 3 days prior to your event date for a full refund.

    • Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event.

    • If severe weather occurs on the day of your event and it prevents setup, we may offer a credit toward a future booking at our discretion.

  • Other Cancellations:
    Refunds are not available for cancellations due to reasons unrelated to weather. However, we may allow you to reschedule your booking subject to availability.


Returns of Equipment

If you rented or received inflatable or water-based equipment (such as bounce houses, slides, or pools), the following conditions apply:

  • All items must be properly packaged back into the original packaging provided at delivery.

  • Water-based inflatables must be fully drained of water before return.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear expected.

  • Damaged, excessively dirty, or improperly returned items may be subject to additional cleaning or repair fees.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the event (except for weather-related cancellations as stated above).

  • Failure to use the rented items or no-shows on the event date.

  • Items returned wet, damaged, or without proper packaging.
