Welcome to FunFlab.com. By booking, renting, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. General Agreement

By renting or purchasing from FunFlab, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding contract. These Terms apply to all rentals, bookings, and use of our products or services.

2. Rental Responsibilities

  • Rented equipment must be used safely and responsibly at all times.

  • The renter is responsible for ensuring that equipment is operated by adults and monitored during use.

  • Equipment may only be used on flat, clean surfaces and secured as instructed by FunFlab staff.

  • The renter assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or accidents that occur during the rental period.

3. Payment & Security Deposit

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • FunFlab reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit to cover potential damages, cleaning, or late returns.

  • Unpaid balances or damages will be charged to the renter’s payment method on file.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must follow our Return & Refund Policy (available on FunFlab.com).

  • Refunds are only available under the circumstances outlined in that policy.

5. Returns of Equipment

  • All equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.

  • Inflatables or water-based items must be fully drained and packaged in the original packaging.

  • Fees may apply for improperly returned, dirty, or damaged equipment.

6. Liability & Indemnification

  • FunFlab is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

  • The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FunFlab, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of rented equipment.

7. Weather Policy

  • In the event of severe weather (e.g., storms, heavy rain, high winds), equipment must be shut down and deflated immediately for safety.

  • Cancellations due to severe weather are subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited Use

The renter may not:

  • Sub-rent or transfer equipment to another party.

  • Use equipment for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

  • Modify, alter, or tamper with any rented equipment.

9. Termination of Service

FunFlab reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any booking at our discretion if safety, misuse, or policy violations occur.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
